Share of living room, dining room and patio garden. Kitchen has fridge freezer, cooker with hob and microwave. There is also a washing machine and space to hang out on linen line with a launderette near by for speedy drying. Broadband and virgin media cable are at property too.
The house is less than a 15 min walk to NUA and 5 mins walk to bus stop for the 11/11a, 21 & 22 for the NNUH and UEA. It's within a parking permit area, they are very cheap approx £25.00 per year depending on size of car.

There is also a secure locked area for a bicycle.

I am a sociable, out going person however I am respectful of other peoples need for space and their privacy. I love music -I usually go to at least one festival a year and regularly go to see live bands. I attend life drawing classes, I love international foods, cycling and although I've not been for a while yoga.

Sharing with one other, I am looking for a professional or student female house mate.
