Spacious double room in the Golden Triangle.

We have a large double room available in our lovely house in the Golden Triangle.

The bedroom is unfurnished but is very spacious and there is a built-in wardrobe in the landing. **New photos added - it is very hard to show the size of the room in a photo!**

All bills are included in the rent, including council tax, Virgin TV and broadband. There is a deposit to be paid and there will be a reference fee as the landlords let the house through William H Brown.

The house has two nice reception rooms downstairs and a large kitchen. There is a nice garden at the back and a big shed which could store bikes. The bathroom is upstairs and is shared between the three of us.

Muriel Road is a quiet street - 15-20 minutes walk from the city centre, and just minutes away from the Unthank pubs and shops. There is on-street parking which is non-permit.

We are ideally looking for a social houseshare - we're hoping for someone to become part of the house, not just rent a room. Some of our interests are music, baking, travelling, reading, pilates and running. We enjoy watching films or TV programmes together and going out at weekends, but prefer some quieter evenings during the week as we are both teachers and often have work to do.

The room is technically free from August 28th, but it may be possible to move in earlier.
