Lovely stylish relaxed house with parking car port / gym. Gorgeous sunny garden- gardeners welcome! Lots of living space. New kitchen granite surfaces, induction hob, self cleaning oven. Utility space. New shower room with great cubicle shower. Nice happy housemates who all work. Friendly but not into big parties or having lots of people over . Into considerate, happy, easy going housemates. Im a musician / music teacher. Play in bands and am away a fair bit. The other 2 are a couple who work and are lovely and funny. Its a big space so there is room to be alone or with everybody. Can do a bit of both. Space for bikes and a car out front. Double room is a very large space with king bed and a sofa . Space for more wardrobes and a tv. Ensuite with jacuzzi bath.. Pretty self contained.. This is £500 inc of bills
The single could get a double bed in but is for single occupancy and is £300 inc bills. The house has internet and could get virgin connection into other rooms at a cost to tennant. All rooms have a tv arial.
Its a lovely place to live very sunny bright warm house. Has central heating and double glazing. Is on a main bus route into town which takes 10 mins
