Hi, I'm looking for a housemate to rent a double room. The house has a shared kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and garden.
there is no drive but parking permits are available and quite cheap for a year.
I'm easy going and work Monday-Friday 9-5. I like to socialise at the weekends and would prefer someone similar to live with. My current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend so I'm looking for people who can move in around Sept.
No pets I'm afraid and no smoking in the house but smokers are welcome.
