Large double room, spacious, well lit, located 5 minute walk to town, a 20 minute walk to UEA with easy and immediate access to the 25 bus to campus. The rent for August is 345 because the house isn’t full but from September it will be 270. The house currently has four students, two male, two female, all are easy going and clean, looking for a fifth and final room mate to move in, in august, other students who go to UEA would be ideal. The room itself has a desk, wardrobe and chair with a single with space to securely store a bicycle in a patio area at the rear of the house.
