The property is spacious with a large garden, driveway for two cars, garage, GCH, large lounge/diner, good neighbours. Broadband, shared bathroom with bath/shower, fully equipped kitchen. I have lived here for three years, previous two housemates have graduated and moved on; I expect to be here for another year yet. Probably not what an undergrad is looking for, more postgrad or professional, but I have no particular preferences! Landlord lives abroad, agency is Pure Lettings. Rent is 325/month. Bills approx. 40/month on top of this.
