GOLDEN TRIANGLE - small double room in gorgeous house available for short (6 month) or long term let.
Situated on a really nice, friendly road in the golden triangle, 10 minutes from town and close - with direct bus route - to the UEA and NNUH. The house has a hall entrance and is spacious with a gorgeous kitchen-dining room which is kind of open plan - the pictures don't do it justice, come and have a look! There's a downstairs shower room as well as upstairs bathroom and a lovely little courtyard, perfect for barbecues in the summer.
The room is unfurnished although the rest of the house is furnished. Double bed available if needed.
The rent is £280 PCM plus bills.
The room is small but the rest of the house more than makes up for it. There is also room for a wardrobe / chest of draws on the landing and we're willing to lower the rent to adjust for the size, so feel free to haggle with us!
We're looking for someone (ideally aged between 25 and 35) to join us (two sociable female professionals, 27 and 30) in making the house a lovely place to live and we'd like someone who wants to be a housemate, not just a lodger.
