All utility bills, council tax, TV, broadband and water rates are included in the rent. Damage deposit required (£300) and a months rent paid in advance. Reference checks will be required.

I am looking for a clean and tidy mature professional who is looking for a high standard of accomodation. Someone who is friendly and independent would be preferred.
