Lovely 2 bed flat on Goodman Square

Hello!

I'm looking for a flatmate with which to share this lovely two-bed apartment in a prime location of Norwich City. I am a student, and will be starting a PhD at the UEA in International Development.

My preference is to share with another student, however I would be OK with a young professional as well. Hopefully looking to share with a female.

I am very friendly and sociable, considerate and easy to get along with.

A little bit of information about the flat:

Sitting Room: 5. 74m x 3. 07m; 2 windows. Large inset cupboard. Sofa, table, bookcase.
Bedroom 1: 3. 51m x 3. 07m; 1 window. Large wardrobe with lots of space. Desk, bed.
Bedroom 2: smaller - 2. 57m x 2. 62m. Small, but high inset cupboard. Bed, small (flimsy) wardrobe. 1 window. *(this is the advertised room)
Bathroom: normal smallish size, with WC, basin, Shower over bath (quite new and reasonably powerful).
Kitchen: 3. 45m x 2. 62m. Gas hob and electric oven, washing machine, fridge. Large cupboard with gas boiler.
Central heating throughout, and electric shower.

Bills:

It’s relatively cheap to heat the place as it is well insulated. I would guess between £30 and £50 during winter.
Electricity I would guess about £25-30 month.
Wifi - about £15/month
Council tax- exempt if students, non-students subject to 75% of the council tax

Other amenities:

There is a parking permit with the flat (that has to be applied for); there are shared gardens; there is a small shed for bikes on the ground floor.
