Great room free in Golden Triangle

Hi, I am renting a lovely two bed house in the Golden Triangle and am looking for a friendly house mate to join me. The house has two good sized bedrooms with wardrobes and desks with drawers. Downstairs we have a living room, separate dining room, kitchen and bathroom. It is equipped with all the usuals (gas cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine). There is an extendable dining room table with chairs that would be great for having friends over for dinner! The bathroom has a bath with shower (nice and powerful). There is a compact but green garden with a table and chairs, and a shed for locking bikes in. There is a little garden at the front too. I'm hoping to do some gardening, even if it's just herbs.
I moved in yesterday so can only estimate bills based on what the previous tenants paid. I estimate the total rent to be around £360/70 per month including gas, electricity, water, Internet and TV (TV not essential for me). There's a great fish and chip shop around the corner and lots of nice pubs nearby.
I'm starting an MA at UEA and am looking for a housemate who would like home rather than just a room. It would be great to cook together sometimes, and maybe go to the pub! I'll be working a lot too, so also hoping for a peaceful house. Looking forward to hearing from you if you're interested!
