Three students from the University of East Anglia are seeking someone of ideally similar age to fill a large double room currently being left vacant. The room comes furnished with a double bed, bed side drawers, desk, chair and large fitted wardrobe.
There is a shared kitchen with both a washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a very large living room that is fully furnished and has a TV with sky+.
The house spans 3 floors and has two shared bathrooms.
This is a fixed contract starting as soon as you would like until July 2015. You are required by the estate agent to be a student.
The room is great and the flatmates are lovely, I am only moving out due to transferring Universities.
