We are currently looking for a tenant to fill a space in our house in the golden triangle - rent is 250ppm + bills and the property itself is a good walking distance from the city centre and on a bus route to UEA/city centre/Norwich train station. It is also situated in the middle of a student inhabited area so there are plenty of other amenities and shops nearby. Any would be tenant would be sharing the property with a 3rd year female Psychology student and a 1st year male English student – we're very friendly and keep the place nice and tidy so I'm sure any new party would fit in with no problems at all.
