Weekday/Part time Accomodation with separate private Bathroom in lovely leafy quiet location with parking/bike storage. Bathroom with good roomy shower, but not ensuite (private bathroom not available as option on website hence ticked ensuite) , probably for mature University PhD/researcher/staff working at UEA weekdays or part time (terms adjustable depending on your requirements). Leafy surroundings , quiet cul de sac off Christchurch road. Nearby shops and facilities on Unthank road and Earlham house shopping precinct. 25 mins walk into city 20 mins approx to UEA. Informal B&B basis with 'help yourself breakfast' for short term guests, longer term guests meals provided by arrangement or cooking facilities. Food storage in kitchen. Weekends also can be added as needed. Good broadband. Towels and linen provided if needed
