Sunny double bedroom available in a beautiful terrace north of the city. 15 minute walk from the city center and close to lots of pubs and bars. The bedroom is unfurnished however the house is fully furnished with two lovely reception rooms and a good sized private garden. On road parking is readily available with no permit required. Broadband and all bills are included in the price of the room. I am a 26 year old professional looking for a similar minded friendly and social housemate who will keep the house clean and tidy and hopefully be up for the odd drink at the local pub to take on the room for at least 6 months.
