I am looking for somebody to take my place in a large double bedroom on Earlham Road by November 1st if possible, as I am relocating to Aberdeen.
The current household includes a couple, a third year NUA student, masters Chemistry student and a PhD student. For a large household, there is plenty of space and they are a welcoming group. The house would best suit another student.
The property is situated in a great location about midway between the City centre/Norwich University of the Arts and the University of East Anglia, on the main 26 bus route and directly opposite a large co-op and various takeaways. The rent is very reasonable for the size of the room and location.
