Double room on the historic Elm Hill

Looking to fill a double room in a friendly and stylish home on the historic Elm Hill in the absolute heart of the city. The room is fairly compact but comfortably fits a double bed. There is a chest of drawers along with built in storage space with a clothes rail. There is also extra built-in storage space outside of the room with shelves which would accommodate a lot.

The real gem of the house is the large open plan living/kitchen space. The kitchen has plenty of cupboards and an amazing five ring range if you enjoy cooking. There are huge windows which allow the natural light to flood in. There is a big fidge freezer and washing machine.

You'd be sharing with me, Laura, 29, working at the NNUH. I've been living in the property since March and have fallen in love with it. The location is superb. The house is set back from Elm Hill (so it's really peaceful) with a small community garden (for a spot of sunbathing in some months) and the river at the back. The city really is on your doorstep. It's a
few minutes walk from Castle Meadow from where most buses can be accessed. I have a visitor parking permit if you have any friends coming over.

The room is officially available from 25th Dec but you'd be free to move in a few days earlier as I won't be in Norwich over the Christmas period. Looking forward to hearing from
