Lovely double attic room in family house from Dec

Hello! We have a lovely and large double attic room (furnished) to rent in our mid terrace family house. We are prepared to accept very short stays sometimes. We prefer to have a female tenant if possible (sorry, boys!). The room is private and quiet at the top of the house. We share a bathroom (ground floor!), kitchen and dining/day room (with access to a nice back garden). We keep the front living room as a private family room so we can have our own space but there is front door access whenever you need it. We are a friendly, easygoing, professional couple in our mid thirties, with two small children (3 and 6 - who we try to keep under control!). We are living a busy family life and we are at home a lot of the time - most evenings we crash out in front of the telly with a glass of wine. We would like someone friendly and self sufficient as we love having people around but also need our private family time. We are a bilingual family (Farsi and English), interested in culture, film, languages and travel and we love to meet new people. The rent is £95 per week for a single person (this includes all bills) and £120 per week for a couple. For different arrangements i. e. friends sharing, larger family groups, very short stays etc the rent may be adjusted slightly with your full acknowledgement. We have on street parking. A smoker would be considered if there is an agreement to only smoke outside of the property. We are well placed for the UEA, CCN, city centre and access to A47 and A11.
