I have a sunny furnished double room to let in a relaxed, cosy, friendly house. I live here with my two year old son, Elliot, and cat, willow. I rent 2 rooms, and the second room is currently rented to a 27 year old civil servant. I am also a civil servant and am 44.
The house is spacious and has a big lounge, kitchen and music/playroom (with a piano). It has all mod cons: dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, wifi etc. and there is a weekly cleaner.
