We have 1 double bedroom available in our brilliant house in Dereham Road (in the good bit near the city, near the Fat Cat!). The house has recently been modernised and has everything: Brand new washing machine, dishwasher, Sky 60mb broadband, good sized garden with BBQs, permit free parking, secure bike parking, TWO bathrooms and living area with LCD TV and recliners.
The rent is inclusive of all bills (council tax, electricity, heating, water and broadband payments). We are two landlords (one live in, one around some weekends). The house would suit professionals/post grad students who are easy going and don't mind taking full advantage of being close to the pub every now and then. Current residents are 1 male (Nurse) and 1 female (PHD student at UEA)
