Single room on Unthank Road in great houseshare
Single room for rent in a great household just off Unthank Road.
You will be living with 3 other professional housemates, 2 guys and a girl in early twenties. We would prefer to have another female in to keep the balance.
We have a fab communal living room large kitchen and a great outside area perfect for eating outside in the summer. We are a friendly sociable household that like to cook together and go out for the odd drink or 2.
We are British and would prefer to live with those who are similar to us.
The tenancy agreement is up in 6 months time however I think the current tenants wish to renew so it will likely not affect anything.
The rent is ££260 a month and bills average around ££40 each month. To move in is ££300 deposit plus your first months rent up front. No agency fees.
The room is furnished with a new comfy single bed, desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV point.
