Double, unfurnished room to let in NR1
Large double, unfurnished room to let in a lovely 3 bedroom house with two professional females in their mid twenties. Available from 1st of March, initially on a 6 month let. £319 pcm including all bills – A deposit (£242), admin fee (£60) and references are required as we are with a letting agent.
The house is located in Thorpe Hamlet on a quiet road, close to the train station and just a 20 minute walk to the city centre. Unfortunately, due to new regulations in April (a limit of 2 cars per household) we are unable to guarantee a parking permit. There is free parking however, just around the corner.
We have a small garden, a bike shed and unlimited broadband. The communal areas are furnished but there is always room for more. The house is non smoking and no pets are allowed.
We are two friends who enjoy socialising together but also respect the need for quieter times during the week. If you are interested in viewing the room or would like to know a bit more, please email and tell us a bit about yourself.
Females preferred. Mature students considered.
As long as the ad is here the room is still available.
