Flatmate Wanted for City-Centre Modern Apartment

Hi, I am a Graphic Design student at NUA looking for a flatmate to share my 2 bed, second floor, city centre apartment. The property is a 3 minute walk from the train station, and 5/10 minutes into the town and to the arts uni. Recently completely renovated, the light and modern flat was originally unfurnished, however I have furnished every room except for what would be your (double) bedroom - so you can furnish it as you wish. You would have use of broadband, and a shared kitchen, bathroom, lounge, spare room/study. There are locked mailboxes, a secure entrance with camera and intercom, as well as internal bicycle storage.

I am a friendly, clean, tidy, and considerate flatmate that is respectful of other peoples space, and I am hoping to find someone similar. I am happy to live with either a male or female, so if you are interested feel free to get in contact or give me a call.
