I have available a large double room on a lovely street just off Unthank Road.

About the room, it is a large room with double bed, South & East facing windows. The room has 2 chests of drawers and a wardrobe.

About the house, it is a large house with a sitting room, dining room, kitchen and pantry. There is a secure court yard as well where you can store your bicycle. There is a bathroom with roll top bath and also there is a shower room as well. There is fibre optic broadband with wifi throughout.

About the area, the street has an artisan bakery, butchers, fruit & veg, fish and a dry cleaners. All on our street. There are several great pubs, bars and restaurants only a stones throw.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for an easy going, fun person who isn't massively messy but equally isn't too fussy about the house being 'lived' in.

Should you be a couple then it would be £160 per week. Smoking isn't a problem as we have a courtyard, afraid no smoking in the house.
