We are 3 guys in a 4 bed houseshare in a nice area just off Newmarket Road. One of our housemates has just left so we're looking for someone to take his room, and it just happens to be the master bedroom!
Rent is all inclusive of bills so for the room you get this is a bargain. Off road parking, 2 lounges, well equipped kitchen, broadband, table tennis table and nice garden for the summer.
We're looking for someone who is laid back and looking for friends not just housemates as we like to go out together and play a few games of Fifa
