I am offering a spacious study-bedroom, West facing, in pretty terraced house, with use of shared sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and garden. The house is walking distance from city centre, and there is space for a bicycle. It is close to bus routes to UEA and hospitals. There are good food shops and recreation facilities close by. On-street parking is not restricted. I shall be travelling periodically and am looking for someone who is mature, friendly and independent, who will be flexible and able to care for the space reliably when I am away.
