Large Double Room to Rent

Hello,

Firstly a little about the room and house, the available room is a large double room. It has a small walk in wardrobe and has all original features including a fireplace (non-working but is a lovely feature of the room). The house has a dining room, lounge, kitchen, small conservatory, bathroom, separate toilet and 2 bedrooms. There is a courtyard to the rear of the property and also an outbuilding (I do use this at the moment but would be happy if you wanted to use it for storage or any other use). The house is decorated to a high standard and is fully furnished. Whilst there is not an allocated parking space there is free street parking directly outside the house (I have never not got a space). Secondly a little bit about me. I am a 27 year old female who works in the city. I am looking for someone to rent the second bedroom in the house and am hoping to find someone who I can get on well with. It would be nice to find someone is happy to sit and socialise occasionally but at the same time I understand that people need their own privacy and quiet time. I am a non smoker and have 1 cat (who spends the majority of his time outside), I would not be opposed to someone wanting to bring there pet (depending what said pet was obviously). I spend a quite a few evenings at the gym and tend to spend at least 1 weekend a month away visiting friends and family. I am extremely tidy and like to keep the house looking nice.
