Gorgeous double room situated in the golden triangle, very close to Earlham Shopping centre and The Garden House Pub. The bedroom is furnished with pink Louis style vintage furniture, and has a brand new white wrought iron bed, and comfy new mattress.

You'll be sharing with me and my little cat Olivia.

I strongly recommend you view the house and the room, as It's difficult to appreciate the real charm in pictures. We have recently refurbished the kitchen and bathroom, and had the house professionally painted. The floors are original, except for the bathroom and kitchen which has been recently tiled and all windows are double glazed.

The house benefits from permit free off road parking. it's a relatively quiet street, I have Virgin fibre broadband, and a fairly small tv. Your rent will cover all costs including water/gas/electric/council tax/tv/broad band/ washing powder etc..

I’m looking for a mature professional to live with, partners are welcome to stay or visit, but no more than 3 nights a week.

I work in sales for my family company, and enjoy being crafty at home, but get out most weekends, and spend a few evenings a week at the gym.

I studied painting at NUA and graduated in 2006, since then I’ve worked in NYC, and in Italy as a teacher, and spent several years working as a freelance set designer. I love to travel and eat and do yoga and consider myself quite a busy, social, active and easy going person. Would love to live with someone similar or like-minded.
