My landlord has given me permission to advertise for a new tenant as the spare room has recently become available within the property.

The house is gorgeous and there is a drive available for parking two cars (one car each). There is also other parking on the road which is free.

The room available is a double bedroom which would be perfect for one person. There is also a bath and shower which would be solely for your use.

The bathroom sink and upstairs toilet are both shared units.

The house has all Sky channels and will form just a small part of the bills.

There is quite a bit of furniture which I own already in the house which will need to be used including a double med and mattress in your room and the sofa in the lounge. There's also plenty of additional storage space.

The tenant(s) will have to go through reference and admin checks through the Agency (Stratford's) before moving in.
