Single room Mon-Fri only

Five minutes from the train station, twenty minute walk into the city centre. Single bedroom leads on to the main bathroom, although there is a separate downstairs loo. This is why it is only suitable for Monday to Friday boarding. I often go to the gym in the mornings before work and shower there, but we can also come up with a timetable/arrangement that works for both in terms of bathroom use. I wouldn't be barging in to the bedroom without permission don't worry. May be perfect for someone looking for a short term solution. Price can be negotiated on this basis. The room will also be getting a new bed.
