Double in Golden Triangle available immediately

A large, cheap and excellently located double room is available in our house on Bury Street, just off Unthank Road, in the heart of the Golden Triangle. The room is downstairs and used to be the living room, and as you can see from the photos it fits a double bed and plenty of furniture with loads of room to spare. Please note, the room isn't furnished - the photos are from the previous housemate.

It's dirt cheap for the size, just £250 a month for rent and with other bills (council tax, water, gas & electric, internet, cleaner) the total cost is under £400 a month all in. It's located within walking distance from the city but also has on street parking (with permit - not expensive), and you're a walk down the street away from all the shops of Unthank Road, and all the pubs of the Golden Triangle.

Two of us live here at the moment, late 20's/early 30's, both male. We're both in professional jobs, one being an accountant, the other a teacher. It's pretty standard and relaxed - we both work a lot, and relax, watch tv, have a drink every so often, and its generally a relaxed and chilled out house. We're happy to meet both male and female, we aren't fussed about that, just someone we'd get along with and would be a good mix in the house. Unfortunately we'd rather have someone who was full time employed rather than a student.
