Large double,lovely modern (central) home +cleaner

Hi everyone. Looking to fill the 4th room, and the room will be available from the 8th of May.

The property is extremely close to town, being just a few minutes walk from the Chapelfield shopping centre, and has excellent walking/cycling/bus transport opportunities whilst maintaining plenty of peace and quiet. Locations such as the Hospital or UEA are in easy reach also by bike/cycle/car.

Prices are inclusive of all bills (council tax, wireless internet, gas/elec/water), as well as the cost of a short cleaning service for the shared areas once every week (lounge, kitchen, hallways, bathrooms).

Parking will be unavailable but there are a host of available spots locally that can be rented from the council for 40pcm (and I have another property with a spare spot around the corner, also 40pcm that we rent from our neighbour) but basically this may best suit someone without a vehicle.

Hoping to find a 4th to help the house maintain a friendly, relaxed and hassle free environment for working young professionals (and perhaps postgraduate students). Current housemates are in their late twenties and one early thirties and all very friendly.

The room is a good sized double and comes fully furnished with a spacious built in double wardrobe, matching bed, large bookcase, chest of drawers, bedside table + lamp, as well as a mirror, and are lockable. Beds come with a memory foam topper if you wish to use it.

The lounge has good quality new oak furniture throughout.

There is a small low maintenance pleasant garden , with a shed where a few Bikes can be stored securely. A washer/tumble dryer is housed in a small shed outside.
