The house has a lounge, dining room, modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 4 double bedrooms and small patio garden with a shed to store bikes at the back.
We're just off Unthank Road so round the corner from lots of pubs, cafes, shops and bakeries, and there are regular buses to the UEA and the train station. Permit parking is also available outside.
Rent is £245 a month and bills are usually no more than £75. The room is unfurnished and available from the end of January.
