We have converted our garage into a self contained room with shower room attached. it has its own front door seperate from the rest of the house. we are situated just off Mansfield Lane . We are in a quiet cul de sac within walking distance of the city center yet on the edge of the countryside. we are situated in NR1 and it does have on street parking. The room also enjoys its own secluded patio .The room is not massive but does have a sitting area /small kitchen area , double bed and wardrobe, draws etc. We are situated in Old Lakenham next to the River and there is a communal green / picnic area which is enjoyed by the residents. There is use of washing machine and free Wi-Fi, all bills are included £500 pcm
