I am currently living in this lovely house and moving out very soon, so I'm looking for someone to replace me until the end of the contract which is the mid August. The house is right in the centre of the golden triangle, two minutes to the bus stop, coop and a tesco, 15 minutes walk to the city centre.
There are three quiet Chinese people currently living in this house, two females and one male, and they are all UEA master students and are very tidy and clean. The male housemate doesn't live in the house quite often, so you normally just need to share with two girls. The rental is quite reasonable, plus bill which is around 30 pound per month.
