En-suite room to rent
I am looking for someone to fill my place in a 9 people student house from 1st August (12 months contract). The other 8 people is a mixture of male and female second year students, all very lovely, social and respectful. The house is located right next to UEA (3 min walk) and a 1 min walk from Tesco and Co-Op. It is a large beautiful house which has a large kitchen, dining area, living areas, small bathroom for guests and a neat garden. I could not obtain more pictures, however I have a video of the house that I will send to interested students.
The rent is 450 pounds per month, including all bills, and the contract length is 12 months starting on 1st of August 2016. The landlords are super lovely and helpful. Please contact me for any more info. on the house!
