Large bright ensuite double bedroom

I have a en-suite double bedroom available in NR3.

The house:
- is a walk into town
- has 3 bathrooms + 4 toilets
- has separate living room, kitchen, and dinning room
- gym/music/guest room
- has a south west facing garden and patio space
- shed for bikes
- parking space
- cleaner
- share household consumables are included (no rota as to who is buying the tissue next, dishwasher fluid, or the bathroom cleaner, all included)

I have tried to capture the light and size of the room. It currently has a king sized bed, sofa, large screen TV, 2 chest of drawers and a wardrobe inside and my current housemate still has space to do her 7 minutes workouts in there.

The layout is such that each of us effectively has a floor to ourselves.

Can be provided furnished or unfurnished.

I work at the local hospital and have a punishing rota. I am more interested in finding the right housemate that filling the room.
