Double room in Golden Triangle House. Free wifi

Looking for a mature and responsible person to share my house. Preferably a short 3-4 month let as am selling. I have a spacious double room in my lovely shabby but chic Golden triangle terrace. There isn't an en-suite to this room, but you would have more or less sole use of the downstairs bathroom which has a power shower. As it's an older style terrace it is not perfect but has all mod cons. I can provide basic breakfast things if needed.

THE HOUSE

The house is spacious with two bathrooms and plenty of living space (front room, dining room + extended kitchen) which you will have full use of.

Rent includes all bills and I have super-fast Broadband. Virgin TV....washing machine, real coffee maker and other gadgets (Nutribullet) that you can use while here.

It has a lovely character feel stripped wooden floors throughout and a fantastic kitchen diner. There are also 2 Siamese cats but they are friendly and quiet... not at all neurotic or noisy. . and they are really very easy going... you can keep them out of your room if you prefer. However, *please* don't get in touch if you don't like cats or are allergic.

The rental includes all bills. I'm looking for a mature professional person - probably working here in the week - who just needs a peaceful place to rest and recuperate after work. I am looking for quiet, considerate and mature people only.

I am around a lot in the day but sometimes go away to London so need someone responsible (and cat loving) if I need occasional help with feeding them.

i like to cook and socialise but also as I work from home do keep myself to myself. The house is located just off the Unthank Road and you can walk into town in ten minutes! There are a host of good local shops and a great organic greengrocer close by!
