Close to good local pubs, fish and chip shop and off licence. Very convenient for buses to both uni and city centre. Wireless broadband. I'm a third year nursing student at UEA. Other occupant is one small black cat.
Between uni and work I'm out a fair bit but enjoy the odd quiet night in with a glass of wine. More space and less queuing for the bathroom than many shared houses as I only let out one room. Small discout for student due to council tax exemption.
