We have 1 beautiful double room available, in a very spacious farmhouse, with lots of light and views set in parkland, woodland & gardens, we are three and a half miles (25 mins cycle) north-east from Norwich city centre. Walking distance to Sprowston Park and Ride, Tescos, buses, and opposite Sprowston Manor (Britannia) Country Hotel with gym, spa facilities etc

Shared areas include kitchen, dining room, large TV/sitting lounge with open fire, and a separate sun lounge. Outside patio, camp fire area, land including woodlands. There is ample off-road parking, including space to store a bicycle.

Seeking friendly person who also values their own space and is respectful of others.

Would suit someone who has an interest in the environment, or simply enjoys being close to nature.
