We live on an island right next to a river, with beautiful scenery and boats to use at our pleasure, the property is a clean, small but spacious 3 bedroom bungalow with a large kitchen, lounge and garden area.
We are approximately 2 miles from Norwich city centre with easy access to buses and a 20 minute walk from the train station.
We have a fluffy ginger tom called Billy, and a flock of chickens, flatmate MUST be an animal lover.
As we live on an island, residents must get a boat to and from the other side, a boat will be supplied.
Smokers welcome but they must smoke outside.
