There is one bathroom with shower over bath and a downstairs cloakroom. The property has a kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. A lounge and conservatory which I currently use as a dining room. WiFi included. There is allocated parking directly in front of the property and a small back garden. The agent would like to housemate to be a joint tenant with me. I am looking for £400 pcm as this is a 50% split of the household bills.
