Double room in new build house in Wymondham!

We have a fully furnished, modern bedroom and new bathroom available. (Not ensuite but it is your private bathroom). We're looking for a professional lodger who wants to be based in Wymondham. Ten minutes from train station, 2 minutes from bus stop for travel into the city. Easy access to the A11, so perfect for commuting! Parking and garden and bills included. No benefits.
My husband and I are looking for another person to share the bills! We are easy going and friendly people! We're tidy, clean up after ourselves and have created a lovely home to share! We have two cats who are very friendly but don't have access to lodger bathroom or bedroom (unless you let them!) and a loving, cute Labrador who thinks he’s everyone’s best friend, so you must love animals! We have had someone living with us for over a year now but unfortunately they are moving out of the area. The room will be available from 1st July as this is when our current lodgers tenancy ends.
