I am a qualified teacher and moved to Beverley last year from Brough.
My house is modern, semi-detached and is situated about 3 metres from the Beck and about 10 minutes walk into the town centre.
There is a pleasantly furnished spare room at the front of the house, with shared bathroom.
Downstairs, there is a toilet, shared lounge with a TV and a newly fitted dining kitchen. Outside there is a large private garden, patio and shed, along with a driveway that can accommodate about three cars.
