Single Room Available From Mid April

A single room available from the 14th of April. The current housemates will be myself (27 year old male) and a female (aged 28).

It is also worth noting that the Single Room is a fairly large one and there is also extra storage space in the conservatory.

We both have experience of meeting and living with new people. We are very easy to get along with an respect each others space!

There is one bathroom but two toilets, the room would come fully furnished if required. Every room bar the other bedrooms in the house will be accessible at all times.

The living room is obviously shared as is the kitchen and you will have ample cupboard space as well as fridge and freezer space!

All bills are included in the price and this also included unlimited broadband. Sky Movies and Sports are included too if this interests you!

The house itself is about 15 minutes walk from Beverley town centre but is in a great location if you work in Hull or North of Beverley and there is space for cars to park.
