PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK QUESTIONS, furnished bedroom and shared amenitys, off road parking close to bus routes. close to shops, really nice area. I am looking for a nice person to share my house with. All bills icluded except use of telephone. I will negotatate on the rent for the right person, there are 2 toilets in the house a bath and a shower. central heating, garden I may consider a smoker but they would have to go out side for a smoke. A large kitchen dinna, and a seperate lounge, I really use the dinner so the lounge is empty and you will be more then welcome to use this, there is a washer fridge ,freezer cooker and hob, a dryer, the bed room will be furnished with a double bed wardrobe, chest of draws, and a tv. if you would prefare a lock could easly be fitted for your privacy, I work a lot so its important that you respect my home, we are currently decorating and getting the house ready thats why we have put the end of August but you can contact me earlier, I could possibly accomodate sooner.
