The house has been fully renovated to a high modern specification with a brand new fully fitted kitchen and utility with appliances. Bathroom with bath, shower and toilet upstairs and spare WC down stairs.

It is in a quite residential area 5 mins walk from Hessle Sq and a close walk to Hessle foreshore and Humber Bridge Country Park.

There are French doors from kitchen in to large garden. Which Is landscape so in a modern way.

The house will be fully central heated and also has the luxury of a multi-fuel wood burning stove in the lounge.
All rooms are wired up with lots of sockets and digital TV capacity.
