Double room in large 3 bed house

Hi there, my name is Laura and I currently live in a 3 bedroom house in Hessle. I am looking for a housemate for my spare room. The room is a decent size, but not massive, with a double bed. The 3rd bedroom is a spacious dressing room with a large wardrobe available and plenty of room to put your stuff.
Downstairs is a large living/dining area (though not got around to buying the dining table yet!). The kitchen is huge and has washer dryer.
There is a nice garden out the back.
Wi-fi included.
You'll need to like pets as I have a cat and some fish!
