Loft Living + Private Facilities in Private Home

We have a modern converted loft which includes your own furnished lounge living area for your private use, bedroom area with double bed, ensuite shower room, walk in wardrobe, tv, cooking utensils, small fridge and microwave for you to prepare your own mealse etc, tea and coffee. Broadband Light Stream. Off road parking.

We are looking for a person who is friendly and sociable but the arrangement does lend it self to privacy. We have just completed our 5th let with professionals, which ran extremely well for all.

Our preference is for a Monday to Friday lets BUT after just completing a let with a Doctor on a shift system we are prepared to investigate the possibility of others on a shift system, BUT sorry we are not willing to let full time, therefor if you are looking for accommodation due to contract work etc and will not class this as your primary accommodation, we could be what your looking for.

We change bedding and towels and clean the room on a weekly basis. Viewings are welcome.
