I am renting out a double room off Newland Avenue in a 3 bedroom modern house. The is available from Monday 15th April. There is currently a young professional female living in the home and a female Swedish student.
About the house....
The house is perfect walking distance from the shops, bars and cafe's on Newland Avenue. There is a large through living room and dining room with a lovely modern fireplace. In the dining room there is a table which can seat up to 6. The kitchen is large with all modern appliances such as dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, electric oven and gas hob and a microwave. The bathroom is downstairs which is large with a bath. The room available is the large front bedroom with a king size bed , 2 wardrobes, and draws. There is a tv aerial in the bedroom. There is plenty of parking outside the property on the road. At the back there is a yard with a bench and perfect space for bbq's in summer.
The money bit....
The rent is £355 a month for the large double room including bills for gas, water, electricity, broadband internet, tv licence, and council tax. I require 2 months rent upfront when you move in and you will receive one months rent back when you move out. This means in total i require £710 for the room when you move in.
