Double room in student house near university

Hello there.

I have 1 remaining large room available in a 3 bedroom house off Newland Avenue for students.

The house has been totally renovated and is in excellent condition. There is a communal lounge, large kitchen and bathroom and a downstairs toilet which is very handy! The kitchen is very modern, as is the bathroom and both are very clean and fresh.

The lounge is quite large and there is a sofa, dining table with chairs and a piano if you are interested in music! There is also a small yard at the back of the house.

One room is on the ground floor with a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk. The other 2 similarly furnished and are on the first floor along with the bathroom.

Wi-fi is available throughout the house, and all bills are included in the £75 a week.

The house is just off Newland Avenue which is the hub of student life. It is a 10 minute walk to the university, which again is very convenient. This is a student house, so students only please. International students are very welcome. All bills are included in the rent, and the contract provides specific details of this. The room is available for viewing, so please give us a call .
